Start a Penny Campaign IT'S SIMPLE, FUN AND STUDENT-RUN! Once you have registered, you will have access to a step-by-step guide that explains everything you will need to organize a fun and successful penny campaign – start to finish.
First, you will need to request permission to run a campaign from your principal, teacher or club leader. You can provide them with this PROGRAM DESCRIPTION to help explain how the Penny Campaign works. Once you get approval and complete the registration, the Step-By-Step guide will help you to: • organize a binder which will include a checklist of all the downloadable materials you will need to run your campaign • create promotional materials such as coin collection canisters, newsletter articles, photos, posters and more • launch the campaign with a school-wide assembly or student council presentation, including an optional script, video, skit, slide show, photos, posters and lots of other ideas • utilize the CURRICULUM FOR TEACHERS to make the Penny Campaign as educational as it is worthwhile and rewarding • conclude your Penny Campaign by using Coinstar or your local bank 100% of the donations will go directly to our projects, so every penny counts!
