The following modules have been developed to introduce AMP-supported agribusinesses/food processors to basic business concepts and skills that will improve their operation, sales and profitability. With these trainings, participants will learn concepts of basic accounting, packaging, marketing, negotiation, human resources and related topics.

14. Cold Chain basics for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

15. New Technology Trends in Cold Chain

16. Grape Post-harvest Handling & Quality Control

This course teaches participants about grape post-harvest handling techniques and how to bring tangible and realistic improvement in the process. The following are the topics that will be covered in this course:

18. Apple Post-harvest Handling & Quality Control
